These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the High Plains Prep & Pack website at highplainsprep.com and any introductory communications with us. Engagement of FBA prep services is governed by a separate written services agreement and Statement of Work.

About us

High Plains Prep & Pack is a registered Montana assumed business name of Alias Smith and Jones Pawn Shop, Incorporated, a Montana corporation, located at 700 1st Ave S, Great Falls, MT 59401. We provide FBA prep and packaging services on a contract basis.

Independent prep service

We are an independent prep service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Amazon.com, Inc. References to Amazon, FBA, FNSKU, and related terms are descriptive of the services we perform on behalf of sellers and do not imply any agency or endorsement.

How services are engaged

  • Inquiries and quotes can be initiated through the contact forms on this site or by email.
  • Services are performed only after a written services agreement and Statement of Work have been executed by both parties.
  • We do not require, request, or accept Amazon Seller Central login credentials for standard FBA prep services. Sellers provide shipment plans, FNSKU labels, box labels, packing lists, and prep instructions directly.
  • Service availability is subject to applicable insurance, licensing, and capacity.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in a manner that infringes the rights of others or restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or any system on which the site is hosted.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the High Plains Prep & Pack mark, are the property of High Plains Prep & Pack and Alias Smith and Jones Pawn Shop, Incorporated, or used under license. You may not copy or reuse content without prior written permission.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is current at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall High Plains Prep & Pack or its parent entity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Liability for prep services performed under a written agreement is governed exclusively by that agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cascade County, Montana.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
