High Plains Prep & Pack (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the website at highplainsprep.com and provides FBA prep and packaging services from Great Falls, Montana. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you provide. When you submit a form on our site or email us, we receive the information you send — typically your email address, name, business name, and any details you include in your message.
  • Operational information for prep services. If you engage us for FBA prep, we receive shipment plans, FNSKU labels, box labels, packing lists, and prep instructions that you provide directly. We do not request or collect your Amazon Seller Central login credentials.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and operational diagnostics.
  • Website usage information. Google Analytics may collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions taken on buttons, links, and forms. We configure our site events not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipment details, or other intake-form contents to Google Analytics.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
  • To deliver the FBA prep services you have engaged us to perform.
  • To communicate operational updates about your inventory or shipments.
  • To understand website performance and improve our pages and intake process.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share your information

We share information only as needed to deliver the services you have engaged us to perform. This may include sharing shipment data with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and providing seller-supplied shipment plans to Amazon fulfillment centers as part of normal FBA inbound. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with marketers.

How we store and protect your information

Email and form submissions are stored in our business email and through our hosting provider’s form handling. Operational documents are stored on access-controlled business systems. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. See our Security & Data Handling page for additional detail.

Your choices

You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@highplainsprep.com. Requests are subject to verification and to recordkeeping obligations we may have under applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and conversion actions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, browser, approximate-location, page-view, and interaction data under Google’s privacy terms. Our site does not use this analytics configuration to send intake-form fields or other information that directly identifies you to Google Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and learn more about Google’s privacy practices. Standard fonts and assets are also loaded from Google Fonts under Google’s privacy terms.
