Security & Data Handling

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Sellers trust us with physical inventory and operational data. This page explains how we handle that responsibility.

We do not request, accept, or store Amazon Seller Central login credentials. High Plains Prep & Pack can support sellers through seller-provided files or approved Seller Central authorization, depending on the workflow. For standard prep, sellers may provide shipment plans, FNSKU labels, box labels, packing lists, and prep instructions directly.

What we will never ask you for

  • Your Amazon Seller Central username or password.
  • Two-step verification codes, one-time passwords, or recovery codes.
  • API tokens or refresh tokens for your Amazon account.
  • Banking, payment, or tax credentials.

If you are ever asked for any of the above by someone claiming to represent High Plains Prep & Pack, please assume the request is not legitimate and contact us directly at info@highplainsprep.com or 406-454-3333.

What we do receive

  • Shipment plans and box content lists you generate in Seller Central and send to us.
  • FNSKU labels, box labels, and any custom prep instructions.
  • Inbound carrier and tracking information.
  • Business contact information for invoicing and operational coordination.

Data storage and retention

Operational documents are stored on access-controlled business systems used only for service delivery. We retain records for as long as needed to perform the service and to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell or share seller data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Physical security of inventory

  • Inventory is received, counted, and photographed at intake.
  • Goods are stored within a secured facility with restricted access.
  • Damage or discrepancy is documented with photos and reported to the seller.
  • Outbound shipments are weighed, photographed, and tracked.

Website and form submissions

Our website is hosted on Netlify and served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Contact form submissions are transmitted over TLS and delivered to our business email at info@highplainsprep.com. We do not run third-party advertising or marketing trackers on this site.

Reporting a security concern

Get started safely

When you're ready to start a conversation about a prep job, the right next step is the intake form — that's how we collect the information needed for capacity review and confirm acceptance before any inventory ships. If you'd like to understand the operational picture first, see Amazon FBA prep in Montana and FBA receiving service for how arrivals, audits, and prep run on our floor.
